Hotel La Chaumière

Room was a good size and modern.

We ate in the hotel restaurant and ordered steak 'a point' when it arrived we questioned the cooking but was told it was as we had ordered it. The steak was very over cooked and when the waitress came to clear our plates we did tell her it was inedible and she said it was our fault for ordering it well done. We said we had ordered it 'a point' meaning medium and she said that 'a point' meant well done. We then said that 'bien cuit' meant well done and she said it meant 'on top of well done'. She was extremely rude to us and when we left the restaurant to pay the bill she came out in to the lobby to further berate us. We felt extremely upset being insulted in such a public way whilst paying for the meal we could not eat. We travel regularly for both work and pleasure as our Bookings.com profile and history shows and have never been treated in such a poor way. The waitress was very rude and also unprofessional smoking outside the restaurant in between serving.

Het hotel zit op toplocatie met eigen balkon, heel vriendelijk personeel. Keuken is zowel Frans als Vietnamees. Onze kamer was eerder gereed dus mochten er gewoon eerder in. Uitgebreid ontbijt

Réservé pour assister au critérium du 15 août. L'hôtel est bien situé géographiquement. On peut se garer devant gratuitement ainsi qu'à proximité. Il possède néanmoins un garage payant. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet à 15€ par personne. Il se compose de sucré et de salé. Goûteux et varié, nous l'avons pris sur les tables extérieures. Très bien !! La chambre est grande avec un balcon donnant sur la route. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit. La chambre était climatisée. La salle de bain est équipée d'une baignoire. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel Menu à 26€ pour entrée plat ou plat dessert Menu à 35€ pour entrée plat et dessert Très bien ! Le personnel est sympathique
