Idéalement situé dans le quartier Montcalm, proche des commerces y compris supermarché Métro et restaurants. Aller au vieux Québec ne prend pas plus que 20 mn non plus. Le stationnement payant offert par l'hôtel est à prendre (rues toutes payantes).
