"Exceptional"

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and it was fantastic. It is located outside the exit of Petra making it a short walk each day for tired legs. Our room was quirky but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, big, and well worth it. And the best part of our stay was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, especially Ziena who made us feel like we were welcomed to a new home. If we go to Petra again, we will definitely stay here.

Only good thing about the hotel was its location so close to Petra gate, and the lovely view from the bedroom window. Bed hard and uncomfortable , breakfast horrible. We ate all our meals in the adjacent Moveanpick hotel. Be warned that it is an alcohol-free hotel.

Very convenient situation for access to Petra site. Staff very helpful. Rooms spacious and with good facilities. Restaurant average but plenty of good restaurants very close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay
