Tussock Peak Lodge

Staff were very friendly on arrival room was clean n comfortable unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to husband getting sick so never really got full use of accommodation and area

With the cooler weather the rooms need dehumidifier even with heat pump going windows were saturated inside and it wasn't really that cold 2 degrees outside

Everything was Great. The room was spacious and well appointed The view from our unit was lovely. The staff were very helpful . The laundry service they offered was so helpful and quick .

The only thing was there was only a microwave for cooking not a hot plate . But there was a Nespresso machine which was great.

Tussock Peak really do go that extra mile. If you have any requests before you arrive, just ask… if they can they will help. The friendliness & helpfulness stands out above any other accommodation we have stayed in. The room was very clean & warm. We had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We’ll definitely stay at Tussock Peak on our next visit.

This is a fantastic motel in a great location. The very best part of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for the manger, Fi. The washing service is fantastic. You can use the laundry for a small cost but the staff will also wash and dry your washing for you. There are complimentary towels to use at the pools across the road, and the units had everything we needed.

I found that some of the beds were too hard for my comfort or liking. I spoke to Fi about this who went out of her way to help me find one that was more to my liking in a different room, so I was much more comfortable the second night. The only other thing I wasn't really keen on was the bathroom is very narrow and small in the one bedroom apartment.
