Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, good facilities and great location.

Car parks are too small, making it very difficult for anything other than a smaller car.

Nice, comfortable room, very spacious, loved the spa bath, and the balcony got the afternoon sun which was lovely.

$20 flat fee to charge EVs is very steep. Especially as you can charge at the pools for free.

"Studio Handy to town centre"

Very clean rooms with a kitchen in the studio room. Bed absolutely comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly when checking in at reception. Even had towels to use for free to go to hamner hot Springs. Its 5 mins walking distance to the hot pools. Walking distance to town centre.
