"Fit for purpose"

Location, uniqueness of the property and the room.

No staff around, didn’t realise I had to put a sign out to request the room be serviced, laundry room door left open by lift, restaurant closed all weekend.

"Well-preseved gem of old NZ"

Terrific atmosphere. WONDERFUL BATHROOM WITH LORIOUS SOAKER TUB. Lovely robes. Nice fridge and bottle of wine a nice touch. I would absolutely stay here again.
