Rocca Di Monreale

Excellent location nestled in the mountains and only 30 min drive to Palermo Piazza Independenza. It is family run and the 2 sisters were friendly and extremely helpful in providing us with detailed instructions on where to park in Palermo. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The breakfast was fabulous with an abondance of homemade goodies! Thank you Alessandra and Manuela for sharing your home with us!

It was a lovely combination of old and new school. Beautiful quiet setting, lots of trees. Beautiful terrace overlooking spectacular views. Even had a pony and turtles. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable and chic room with a balcony that overlooked Monreale and Palermo. It’s Run by a lovely family who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with the majority of the produce all homemade. Looking forward to returning again. Highly recommend.

Staff, very helpfuland efficient. Room. Pleasant and well equipped. Terrace was pleasnat and view was good.

No serious problems. The environment was not conducive to walking, and the road running past the quarter was a bit grim.

Clean well appointed room. Host looked after us when we had a problem with late arrival. Good breakfast.

A little bit hard to find

The place was a little too far away by foot from a restaurant

It is our second time staying at this place and again we cannot fault it. Emanuela looks after us exceptionally and she serves us with a fantastic breakfast spread with a good selection of home baked cakes as well as hams and delis. The B & B and rooms are very clean and comfortable. Rocca Di Monreale is an oasis in the middle of Palermo, after a day out in the hustle and bustle of the city, it is the best place to relax and recharge in a quite place with magnificent views.
