Quest on Eden

The service was amazing, we arrived in the pouring rain after 26h of travel and although we expected to just be able to stow our bags, they let us check in early which was massively appreciated. The gentleman in the morning was also very helpful and partially walked us to the train station! Awesome apartment, great staff would strongly recommend.

Great value, close to Spark Arena, handy to have washing machine & dryer, modern and clean apartment. My family will stay here again.

DO NOT STAY IN SUMMER: As is the issue with some older Quest hotels in New Zealand, this hotel lacks aircon in the rooms. Instead, a portable humidifier aircon is provided, which requires ice to be put inside every 30 minutes, and provides little cooling effect. Given that this hotel isn’t exactly cheap either, aircon should be expected as a minimum. If staying in winter, then this is a great spot, clean well furnished rooms. But if staying in summer, book somewhere else. I wasn’t able to get any sleep due with the room being extremely warm, and would not stay again as a result of this.

A beautiful property. Classic features house lovely functional apartments. Tastefully furnished and well equipped. Staff are very polite and attentive. Easy walking distance to the city

Good little apart hotel ideal for families. We booked it for the walking distance to spark arena for Lion king show and it was an easy walk to and safe coming back at night! Friendly helpful staff onsite. Good location.

I can’t recommend this place strongly enough… I was due to arrive from Australia in March 2020 and with ever changing COVID restrictions, I managed to secure a studio 2days before arriving to self-isolate in for 14days. Casey and Juan were sooo helpful organising my stay and the staff were fantastic!! Even ringing my room to check up on me every second day. I had an amazing view, exceptionally clean room, fantastic delivery and room service. Everything I needed was supplied including washing machine and dryer!! The 14 days flew by and I thoroughly enjoyed my isolation period. Thankyou to you all for an amazing time 😊👍🏼

Went here since it was a walk-away from spark arena, the room they gave us was more than enough for a family and the staff were helpful with everything. The only thing is say which would be a negative would be the car parks in the basement, it's too small but since we didn't use the car to explore Auckland so it's fine for me So overall would highly recommend

Was very nice room and great security. Great location and friendly reception. Great value for money, only exception is that it needs to provide a fab in room as only has heaters available and the wall heater which was also a fan, does nothing to cool room. I wouldn’t be able to sleep in there in summer if they didn’t have fans available. Otherwise excellent
