Quest on Eden

Wanted a property within east walking distance to Spark Arena and this was perfect. Rooms well appointed. Staff were lovely and very helpful. There is no aircon in these rooms.

The location is quiet and the staff are extremely hospitable.

Good for family group stay. We had 2 separate rooms. Full kitchen and lounge area. Plenty of seating. Clean and tidy.

BEWARE !!!! It started off reasonable nice, then the staff forgot to tell me how to get after hours access to the hotel after 11pm ! I ended up staying up for hours until I could get hold of a remote custodian and even then the instructions were very unclear . I protested the following day and was given a night in leu . Also to note the rooms ranch slider was permanently locked due to some maintenance which was a fire hazard ! But Here’s the real kicker; I’ve just been told by my Accountant they charged my Credit Card over $1000 for alleged damages !!! This is totally absurd and basically a total SCAM ! The management have been uncooperative and said they can’t reveal names of people responsible for “Privacy” reasons. I am utterly appalled by their lack of accountability and integrity! It’s basically criminal ! Unless my money is refunded in full and the management take responsibility I will endeavour to inform unwitting patrons of the hotels shady antics.

Steve White was very warm and welcoming, he made you feel like you where actually living there. Excellent man. Hence the reason I would chose to stay there again. Up the Wahs

Very helpful front of house staff, and friendly clean up crew.

Very happy with room, however not used to all the hill walking. Oh well!

Highly recommend Quest on Eden. Customer service was impeccable. Room was in immaculate condition. Check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely be returning

Great stay, easy 5 min walk to Spark arena, 10mins to queens street. Friendly staff and full apartment amenities.
