Great location esp for being near Spark Arena! Quick and easy walk into town central. Receptionist was lovely and helpful, the room itself was amazing and had everything you could possibly need! Would book again :)

Walkable distance to where we need to go and see

There's lots to recommend this property. The location was great and relatively quiet, the views particularly from the higher floors are fantastic, and the front office service was friendly and efficent. The rooms are well-appointed and clean with most amenities you should expect at this price point. The one negative, and it is unfortunately a big one, is that our room was not air conditioned. Auckland summers are hot and the air is still, and with the large balconies and windows the room heats up very quickly. While fans were provided, the rooms heat up quickly. If you're staying Dec-Mar, take this into careful consideration before booking, particularly if you don't handle heat well.

This property was excellent. The rooms were small but they have everything I needed. Property is located in a nice location and will for sure be staying here again. Perfect place for if you’re looking for a small place right in town.

Room was somewhat dated. Internet was really spotty. Affected computer and TV services. which was bad.. Never fixed. Chair at desk should be on casters.
