The staff were truly amazing - helpful, polite, friendly, professional and solution focussed.

Our rooms were absolutely freezing the first night only to discover that there was an electrical fault. Although this was fixed, our first night was incredibly uncomfortable.

Didn’t have breakfast; thought $35 ea a little expensive.

I thought the reception staff could have done a better job of “selling” what it has to offer… like the spa…. It could be available without extra charge ? Who knows- they didn’t say. (So we went across the road to another place for a hot swim)
