Location.

No fly screens, no ventilation, no light or exhaust fan in kitchen area. The lack of ventilation and exhaust resulted in the smoke alarm activating when cooking and when heater was used. No kitchen rubbish facility. Bathroom taps very stiff, need maintenance.

Convenient to other good spots eg. Lakes, coffee shops, town area.. Room was spacious. Bright lights coming from the big window.

No hand soap for bathroom nor small shampoos etc. Maybe add these on what to expect for clients in the booking email reply. I was hesitant to call and ask. It's not big major issues. Luckily , the shops are closed by. Most of the B&B I've been had some supplies of it. The kettle doesn't heat up well. Ceiling fan was quite dusty. Again, they were minor feedback. Just some thoughts for the future. But, had a comfortable bed. Heater helped when it was a bit cold one night. Still, happy of the space provided, had a great 2 days stay despite the minor feedback. Location was great. Owners were friendly and obliging. Provided extra tea bags and chux on request. Heating in the unit was quite good. Plenty of milk in fridge. Bath towels large. Free parking spot. Seeing a kangaroo from the window!

One jam spoon serving as a teaspoon. Had to ask for chux to wipe kitchen bench. No light over kitchen area. Hand towel and face washer old and grey (rather than white, like the bath towels). No heater in bathroom. No electric blanket on bed. Internet often not working (although were advised this may be the case). Entrance to driveway hard to see in dark. No information in room on what's around locally.

Property in and out is old, very tired and very outdated including all furnishings. The spare single room is the most scariest room I have ever seen, it’s setting is in an old grotto/dungeon . As soon as you walk in, the musky smell hits you, we had to purchase room freshener atomiser. Location is good, quiet, heating good and also the Moolton hedge. Definitely overpriced for this standard accommodation.. 👀 elsewhere.

Quiet room, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and parklands. Great hiking in the area. Very pretty in Autumn.

No WIFI in room (meant to) and no mobile reception. (in whole area) Mobile only available if Telstra - so couldn't make calls on phone or use phone as Hotspot - so not calls via WhatsApp or download Kindle books, check emails etc. That ruined the week end, because I was left with regional TV in the evening. And I couldn't check out anything on google about what to do and where to go. Would have been much better if I could have done that because I didn't do any research before I arrived (working hard).
