Lovely quiet room with old-fashioned furnishings - lots of character! Loved the electric log fire heater too. Well-equipped kitchenette with milk provided.

Have to be very careful coming out of the driveway as it is concealed from the view of the main road.

Great place, cozy, comfy and great location

close to Daylesford and walking distance to lovely restaurants. bed was comfortable and the Japanese bath was great.

it’s definitely a character property. lovely big room but the kitchen facilities in the main house were hard to find (very dark and steep stairs) and everything was a bit tired.

This guesthouse studio was quirky, yet so comfortable & cosy. It was warm, even when temperatures dipped below -2C, to a rainy 7C. Even so, I walked the 200m thru the ravine to Hepburn Baths each evening. What a treat, after long work days, drive. Windows looked out on green vines & trees.

My fervent hope is that post-covid times will let owners refurbish the wee deck & such. I look forward to returning in warmer months to enjoy the gardens, and having my morning coffee on the deck, watching the birds & other wildlife (at night). Thank you for a lovely stay!
