Staff were amazing. Lovely and really helpful, no request was enough, and we did ask a lot. Food for dinner was really delicious, best we had the whole stay in Italy! Nice view of Vesuvius from a couple of the rooms. Breakfast very full and fresh. So so close to the lovely harbour. Can book a bed at the beach club, 5min walk, for €12 if you want a sea view whilst you tan. It's a 20min walk to the train, up the road (fastest) or path to Vico Equense (longer), but there are also buses. Boats to Capri and Amalfi direct.

The facilities, location and supporting staff were exceptional. Staff in all areas like the front desk, breakfast service and pool / bar areas went above and beyond each day. Another awesome feature was top speed wifi throughout the entire premises no issues with connection at all. Special thanks to the front desk for assisting with transport options on departure.

The hotel itself is a stunning oasis maintained in immaculate condition. The breakfast selection is seemingly endless, ensuring a perfect start to each day. Eden Bleu was spotless, the breakfast was amazing, and all the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We loved our stay there. The staff looked after us so well.
