Forte nuisance sonore jusqu a 23h animations - salle de bain vetuste, abattant des wc qui bouge, baignoire hors d age, barre de linge demontee - manque de soins 4 lits mais 2 verres et 2 tasses, coffre fort ne fonctionnant pas - personnel reception pas au top

La cuisine est la plage très bien, un peu moins les chambres!

Tout la gentiesse du staff que ça sois l’équipe d’animation avec une mention spéciale à chero foufa (l’esperence) Dadi le coach de la salle de sport le surveillant des toboggans trop sympa, les serveurs du snack sans exception. Les serveurs du resteau de plage le chef d’équipe du restau de la plage très drole les serveurs de la terrasse la dame de la station de pâté avec son pesto la jeune fille qui fait les penckaque le matin le jeune homme qui fait les omelettes le matin le serveur au lunette de la salle interieur il se reconaitra tous les barman du bar interieure mercie a tous et surtout mabrouka la personne qui était responsable de netoyage de la chambre

L’arrogance de certains clients

Zeer aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers werden ook dagelijks gepoetst en de handdoeken werden netjes vervangen.

De drankjes waren niet van de allerbeste kwaliteit. B merken voor bv Rum en Wisky

Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Établissement propre, buffet variété et personnel très sympathique et accueillant.

Trees, scenery, and beach

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Nozha Beach Resort & Spa, Hammamet, was so bad that I feel it’s only fair to warn others before they make the same mistake. We arrived full of excitement, but that feeling didn’t last long. Check-in was delayed until 3pm, even though the official time is listed as 2pm. From the very start, it felt like nothing could be done without a tip — every step of the way someone was waiting with their hand out. The room itself was a disappointment. The toilet seat was visibly dirty, despite a “sanitized” tape across it. That night we couldn’t sleep because the air conditioning was making loud noises all night. The following night, there was no air conditioning at all — we were told it’s “turned off for a few months of the year.” This was despite the hotel advertising rooms as air-conditioned, and with temperatures hitting 29°C and above, the heat was unbearable. No apology, no refund, and clearly no concern from management — they simply didn’t care. The buffet food was repetitive to the point of absurdity — exactly the same dishes every single day for seven days. Families with children are forced to wait until 7pm to eat, which is very inconvenient. And unless you adore sugary desserts, brace yourself — cakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a sweet tooth’s dream and everyone else’s nightmare. The outdoor pool was freezing and unusable, and everywhere you sit, you’re covered in flies. Loud music blared until late at night, making rest impossible. We had to change rooms twice due to air-conditioning failures, and the minibar light stayed on all night, lighting up the room like a night lamp we never asked for. The beach experience was ruined by aggressive scammers approaching guests constantly. Staff members kept pushing for tips, which turned every simple interaction into an uncomfortable one. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing and stressful holidays we’ve ever had.
