Le mosche fastidiose

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. It had a larger bed than expected so that was a nice surprise. The beach was never very crowded and sun beds were readily available. The entertainment was fun and a great way to spend the day and evening.

While the food was fair and tasted fine, there wasn't a lot of variety. I ended up eating the exact same thing every day, and I am an adventurous eater, but it was the same types of meals every day. While some of the staff were quite friendly and welcoming, especially the staff who cleaned the rooms, there were several staff members who were quite rude and not very pleasant. I also requested a sea view and ended up with a pool view.

Great facilities, nice swimming pool, nice beach, slides, great views, etc. Food is good but not great great. Large buffet but not top quality. Waffel stands were outstanding. Large diversity of drinks. Animation and shows were good

Staff and general organization should be improved: - Lifeguard not really watching (smoking cigarettes, while looking at their phones) - Reception was understaffed (we waited at least 90 minutes for our 3 visits) - Timetable not really respected

Forte nuisance sonore jusqu a 23h animations - salle de bain vetuste, abattant des wc qui bouge, baignoire hors d age, barre de linge demontee - manque de soins 4 lits mais 2 verres et 2 tasses, coffre fort ne fonctionnant pas - personnel reception pas au top
