The location on the beach, and the food

The staff were not consistent with some exceptionally helpful and others with false smiles. Cheap facilities like taps, toilet seats, dining table and chairs and one lift kept breaking. Alcohol very cheap quality. Desk staff not too helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Nozha Beach Resort. The service was excellent, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the food was really good. Everything made the experience feel relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely come back

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my vacation. The overall experience was very positive the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a big difference. A special mention to the reception team, who were especially professional and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It was a great experience and I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Great atmosphere, good food, clean and well maintained property. Direct access to the beach. It was all inclusive in true sense. The inclusion of Mediterranean and Tunisian restaurants in the package was a great addition. Housekeeping and staff of the pool, lobby bar and the buffet restaurant were great.

Confused and unorganised reception staff - on arrival the room was not ready but they didn’t tell us and kept us waiting. We kept wondering that there may be a problem with our booking, as it was past check in time. The concierge then told us what the delay was and we were happy to sit by the pool until the room was ready. The food in Mediterranean restaurant was poor. The service was inconsistent, some tables had lamps some didn’t, some were offered wine some didn’t.
