Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta West Near Fort Gordon

The checkin took a while considering i had booked and paid online. The rooms could have been cleaner. We had no hand soap in one room we booked. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Dirty fridge, sheets contained hair, bathroom full of rust

A right place to go if you need to stay for a few hours.

The room was cleen and staff was friendly. The deposit was really high, $100 and i hope i get it back. The breakfast was okay.

Morning check in clerk was very rude and discourteous. Room loss all water pressure and no apology from the clerk.

The staff when I checked in, were shift changing and were not friendly at all! The room needs some major updating! It was filthy! The bathtub could not even be used! The shower was barely outputting water and just cut off in the middle of taking one! No shampoo or conditioner and no soap!

It was clean and quiet.

When I first entered my room the first thing that hit me walking through the door was the room smelled like the previous customer smoked marijuana. I also did observe on my carpet floor what looked to be brown smoking paper that was burnt near the garbage can. Comfort Inn is supposed to o be a smoke free establishment. I told the front desk gentleman about my room situation. He said that he will have maintenance use the fog cleaner to get rid of the smoke and have house cleaning do a deep clean of the room. I left for the day to allow them time to get my room situated. When I came back, my room still smelled like smoke and the ashes of the brown smoking paper were still on the floor. I did see that the housekeeping people changed my towels and made my bed but they did not do a DEEP CLEAN. I am disappointed and wouldnt recommend this establishment.
