Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta West Near Fort Gordon

Hotel is nice. Service stations close by. Eateries close by and in walking distance. All was good except the service at the desk at check in. The woman was not pleasant at all. Very stoic with bad customer service.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, and professional. Very accommodating. - We stayed 4 nights and upon check in we were offered an upgrade at no cost from a regular king room to a king suite. It was very spacious and I was impressed with it. The suite was extremely nice. - The first night, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working, but by the 2nd night, they had it working again. Very impressed with how quickly they repaired it from the time we reported it. Also, when we reported it, they immediately offered an alternative ice machine location. - The breakfast was a good hot breakfast as well as continental style offerings. - Also, I thought that we had left something in the room after check out so I called the front desk. She checked lost and found, didn't find it, so she offered to text the employee group text to see if anyone else had seen it. She even called me back within 15 minutes to let me know that no one else had seen it and it was not there. Overall, EXTREMELY satisfied with the location, price, and service that we received here.

It was so calming and I truly enjoyed staying there to pick my husband up from his military base.

Wifi didnt work in my room. The beds and pillows was uncomfortable also tub was cracked

Location was perfect. Breakfast was ok. Hours could have been adjusted to later.

The WiFi was not good at all!
