Comfort Inn & Suites Augusta West Near Fort Gordon

My husband ended up with food poisoning on Day 2 of our stay from the breakfast offered at the hotel. We had to cancel all our activities for that day and instead had to seek medical attention

Everything was good , but the a/c dont go too cold. It stays at 68 70. We like it a little bit cooler.

The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of food choices. Only problem with our stay was we had no soap for the shower. Did not know until in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were nice. Will stay here again.

The bed was so soft and the room was so clean really like the hotel will be going back soon

Property was good. Pleasant stay my only gripe was the fact that the windows do NOT have black out curtains and the lights from the parking lot are bright and shine in making for a less than perfect sleep.

Don't expect the TV in your room to work. And don't let them move you to a room where the air conditioner doesn't work. I had a hard time getting the TV to work, the front desk was not helpful, could have suggested replacing the batteries and the remotes but move me to a room with no air conditioner. Desk clerk seemed to be very irritated that I was bothering her. Breakfast was decent
