This is the only motel we stay at in Rotorua. It's perfect for us. We live 45 minutes away and when we want a night away. The Capri is where we come to. Love the spa bath, parking is right in front of your room, always clean and smells great.

Ground floor studio with parking right outside the door, Huge bathroom with spa and large shower space. Spacious bedroom with super comfy bed. Handy guest laundry available with coin operated machines. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great value for money.

Morgen really made us feel welcome and would genuinely be there to help if needed. We really appreciated the fact he even provided us with a couple of cartons of milk. The items provided like the cookies and the complimentary bath shampoo/shower gel were all top quality. It really did feel like home from home, except this one had a Jacuzzi with hot water.

The staff member was very helpful when booking us in. Decent sized rooms, kitchen area had everything needed. Supplies in bathroom were great.

I think this property needs a make over. Though I’m sure the spa baths are clean, the numerous marks in ours were very off putting and we didn’t want to use it. The towels weren’t great and had bleach marks all over them. We couldn’t use the pillows as they smelt bad. Just updating the bed linen/pillows and towels would make a huge improvement. I am sorry but unfortunately I do not feel I could recommend this accommodation and would not stay again unless there had been improvements made.
