Great spa bath, very comfy bed, friendly check-in

Well where do you start, I wouldn't bother staying anywhere else. The whole complex is immaculate and very well presented and thats before you enter the rooms. The owners obviously take a lot of pride in the business as the rooms are well appointed, super clean, spacious, modern and stacked with everything you need to have an amazing stay. One big bonus if you are staying a few days, is the large sized fridge, not the pokey waste of time others always have. And as for the staff........ not to give too much away as everyone will expect it, but the service we recived right from the start went above and beyond what is ever expected. Talk about make you feel special from the moment you walk in.

There is honestly nothing to dislike about this place.

I highly reccomend Capri on Fenton. It was clean. Rooms wère big having a spa in every room we had booked was awesome. Staff friendly and helpful. Morgan the owner was so helpful and understanding. If your coming to Rotorua stay here. Its only a few minutes from town

Spacious room with large bed. Host was really welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. Fresh milk in the fridge and Easter eggs. Location was a couple of kilometers away from restaurants and bars but it was easy to drive and park.

The bathroom had a spa bath but was looking a bit tired.

You get what you pay for it’s a good value sometimes you hear the neighbors but overall good value

Noise some carpet stains

A very friendly, family run business. Morgan, the guest whisperer manager, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good location to explore Rotorua and surrounding area from. Good sized room which was very clean. We enjoyed using the spa bath

Fantastic staff on check in, lovely big family unit, great service when I had queries, close to everything, shame we couldn't have stayed longer
