"Lovely quiet stay in Rotorua."

We found this to be a very quiet and very comfortable stay. The owners greeted us upon arrival, a very friendly and funny chap. Rooms were excellent, very comfortable beds, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay. Entire property was clean, neat and tidy.

Our only suggestion is to light up their property signage at night. It was a bit difficult to see in the dark.

Parking near the entrance is very convienet, large bathtub. Location, seems to be a few minutes away from everything. Morgan was very helpful and friendly. Helped with the laundry.

I was greeted with warmth and chatter from the owner which made me feel instantly welcome and as if nothing was too much trouble. The room was really comfortable and way better than the photos showed.
