The Booking.com guy tried to scam me by saying the hotel reservation needed $80 more. I called the hotel and they said that wasn’t true. You need to be careful with who you associate.

Front desk people were nice. Starbucks people understaffed and flustered.

The room was a little rough and I was very disappointed that I couldn’t even get coffee in the morning without waiting in a line and paying 4.00 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks. I’ve never stayed at a hotel before that didn’t have coffee waiting for guests in the lobby. We tried to sit in the lobby one evening and it was so hot in there. I don’t know if their air conditioner just doesn’t work or what but we didn’t last long. Also, the elevators were like saunas. The rooms were ok, but missing a tile, dirty old carpet and just generally a bit run down for the price. I was expecting better from the Marriott brand. They also charged me 10.00 more for one of the nights? Forgot to ask them why.

Rude staff had to repurchase room because even with a confirmation and hotel check in time rude front desk would not help us because it was not in his computer screen I asked who was in charge and if he was he said no and never called anyone and proceeded to help other guest without resolving our reservation took almost 2 hours of our stay as much as I wanted to leave and cancel we had to repay to have a room tub was dirty

The location of the area near the shops.

There was no breakfast options other than at the Starbucks which was a bare minimum options, I've stayed in the past and didn't realize the complimentary breakfast was no longer.

Convenient and good price.

Everything was good.

The property was pretty

Beds hard and just the atmosphere wasn't comfortable.
