Holiday Inn Express & Suites Laurel by IHG

Staff was great. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy, and there was parts of the shower that was repaired left behind.

Great hotel.

The hotel is under renovations you can tell in the hallways where they’re patching the walls and well sometimes people bump into them with their suitcases. Everything was clean. They do need to add hooks in the bathroom for your towels if you want us to recycle and also for your clothes when you undressed. Otherwise great visit.

Beautifully recently remodeled motel. Very nice. Extremely comfortable.

Clean. Convenient. Pleasant staff.

Nice staff and clean room. Only complaint would be the lack of noise barrier. The people above us woke us up with their footsteps and we even had our sound machine on. Paper thin wall.

When we checked in, I was told that you have to request for room service. And when I did, they only provided us with clean towels. They didn't bother to change the sheets nor make up the beds. With the room rate that I paid, I think the room service should be have been included.

The bathroom had a pile of hair and dirt in the corners , good coffee and breakfast

Good breakfast offerings. Friendly front desk staff. Loved the freshly-baked cookies. Comfortable beds. Good location to get back on interstate.

Had a handicapped room, and had to visit the front desk to understand how to lower and raise the blinds (button on wall). Ran out of cookies too fast.
