Moscato is the problem

The views and the food are absolutely amazing

-THERE’S NO SMART TV, in this day and age?? I’d like to be able to stream on the tv instead of being forced to watch DSTV or use my laptop. -The housekeeping staff comes way too early and they don’t even knock. I just heard the door opening at 08:00 while I was sleeping, imagine the terror I felt. -The phone in the room doesn’t work so I had to use my personal phone to contact reception all the time. -the restaurants are always full. It’s like they prioritise outside guest more than the ones who are paying to sleep there. It’s a bit unfair. -it’s not value for money honestly. And the rooms that are shown on Booking.com are not the ones you’ll be allocated to. So you go there expecting a certain room but then they tell you that room is more expensive?? Like how does that happen? Kindly update your system. -it is so noisy at night. I don’t know if it’s because it was just a busy week but some silence after 21:00 would be nice as some of us come there to rest.

The pool was good and staff are friendly

Constant smell of sewerage, extremely slow dinner service, food was very average, rooms not cleaned properly (chips under the bed and rat/bird poo on the dresser, sticky floor) , breakfast was poor, very noisy neighbors playing loud music until late.
