Found the room smelling from damp, noticeable water marks of walls, AC remote flat batteries, Bird feces on the bed.

location was great and pool area is nice

rooms was small and bathrooms very old and outdated at breakfast which was included u had to pay for your coffee and selection not great

Its not clean, its an old facilities which requires renovation urgently. The room was dirty, the outside light was not working. The shower was really unhygienic and a lizard even fell from the roof to the shower while I was showering. It was a disappointment staying at Fairview

Nice location

Rooms had bugs dropping from the ceiling. My daughter woke up with bug blood on he hand and doona. Room was not clean, I left a camera and staff were advising it ws not there, once I offered a reward it was suddenly found. I had to extend my stay due to medical reasons and then was medi-evacuated to Johannesburg. They refused to refund payment, then management agreed. It never returned to my account.

Just the property and bars but they close way too early.

On the internet the luxury rooms looks so luxury but it was not. 1 water in the room and dirty fridge. TV also didn't work. There is much nicer and more affordable places in Tzaneen I have been staying at.
