Location great, managed to park car over road at Indian restaurant because forgot to pre book at guest house who have limited places, breakfast was good. Rooms were huge very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Comfy bed and nice space between bathroom and bedroom. Good value for money!

PG Tips were disappointing as Yorkshire Tea is the way! There were no arrival instructions and as we arrived late, it was a little wait before the door was answered and we felt worried we wouldn't be let in.

Good location closed to the hospital. Easy to find and access. Had good parking. Nice room.

But run down and outdated. Sink in the bed room didn’t drain properly.
