"Very good simple accommodation."

Very clean. Not slap bang in the centre of York but not a long walk to the Minster, for example. Consequently you are not paying the price for being right in the city centre. Very close to the hospital.

The shower room was pretty small and water flow in the shower a bit feeble. But it did the job.

"Looking for somewhere close and convenient for overnight stay found this place ideal"

Good location for city and sightseeing, room was adequate clean and warm with good bathroom. Breakfast was good and service was polite and pleasant. Would recommend if looking for something close to city.

"Great place to stay in York"

Location was good, short walk to the Shambles. Free parking was a great extra and saved us high parking fees. Host was very friendly and accomodating nothing was too much trouble.

Nothin to dislike, will definately stay again.

"clean and tidy"

room was nice and clean, breakfast was nice, staff were nice and friendly.

shower had no pressure, not good. no cereal on offer for breakfast just full english
