The location is good and the room was clean and had a good size.

The weather in April was cold and windy so we would have appreciated the room to be warmer, especially at night.

This property is perfectly located between two of my favourite towns, Bournemouth and Poole. The convenience is unbeatable, with the number 50 bus stop just 10 yards from the car park. Our room was spacious, spotless, and filled with natural light from a lovely wide window. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom featured both a shower and a bath with excellent hot water pressure—exactly what you need after a long day! The continental breakfast was generous and varied, supported by exceptional staff who anticipate your every need. However, the highlight was the warm welcome from Christopher, the owner. He explained everything clearly and acted as a wonderful guide, offering great local tips on restaurants and beaches. Plus, Badaway Beach is only a 150-yard walk away. Highly recommended!

My coffee cups disappeared after cleaning my room. And that: we could stay only this short period.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was beautifully old-fashioned and romantic, which made the experience even more special. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
