"Excellent, clean friendly hotel, handy for Olivers Mount and Scarborough."

Nice little room, everything was there and it was clean and tidy.

The room was very warm with no way of cooling it down apart from the window.

The location is great, the housekeeper who checked us in was friendly and super helpful. Great accommodation to use as a base.

The bedroom and bathroom need proper blinds, and blackout curtains would help. The pelmet is too far away from the wall and lets light in.

As advertised. Good location. Very clean. Only criticism was that the duvet cover was mainly, if not all, polyester which made for quite a hot, sweaty night, even with the window wide open! Cotton bed linen would give a higher score
