Lovely, clean, helpful, quiet, and friendly. Breakfast was lovely.

Clean and tidy room, comfy bed.

No shower in the room.

Beds far too small. More like a child's bed. I have back and shoulder problems and if I moved they just hung out the bed and didn't get any sleep. Fell out of bed twice as well. 'Adult' size beds needed!!

Room 4 was my single room with its own WC and Basin plus a shower room just across the landing for private use. A bathrobe was made available. The room I stayed in was perfect for any solo traveller. Hillary was lovely and ensured everything was OK The hotel is a 12 minute walk from train station with a local bus service passing close by. I could not fault it.

Clean and tidy place .pleasant staff nice room .

Semi skimmed milk .not allowed it but didn't realise till next day .it's not there fault .I should of checked first .

Location close to South Cliff, 10 mins to Clock Cafe etc.. on front. 20 min walk to centre and all attractions. Did not have breakfast but it is available. Parking is free but is on street.

Fantastic place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. Hosts were so welcoming. Nothing was any trouble. Would return in a heartbeat. Recommend 100%
