We stayed in the family room and it was absolutely lovely. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lady who checked us in and out was so friendly and welcoming. She also served us breakfast in the morning, and the fry‑up was delicious. A really enjoyable stay overall.

It was warm, welcoming, clean and well maintained.

Everything was exceptionally good. The only thing I could fault might be bedside lights had very bright lightbulbs in them, which could have been a bit gentler.

Well presented with clean shower & room. Bed was soft and comfy. Walls nicely newly painted. clean carpets newish. The lady was very nice and friendly and helpful with case's. As Myself the steps were challenging as on top floor but that's down to me. But very pleased with the stay. And would say again.
