Upon arrival Maria who greeted us were smily bubbly pleasant and extremely welcoming. Hilary even asked her staff if they could get there earlier to greet us. Hilary the owner is lovely and makes sure the hotel is up to scratch she genuinely cares for her guests and where they stay! The room was absolutely spotless definitely our chosen hotel for our stays in Scarborough!
