"Lovely Lynne"

The host Lynne was lovely, attentive, making sure you were ok, asking if you wanted more food/drink at breakfast. Chatty and friendly unlike some hosts

Noise and door slamming from other rooms, which I know cannot be avoided, and not the hosts fault. My bed seemed to be a bit sloping.

"Exceptional"

The accommodation is in a quiet location and not far to walk to the Harbour. The breakfast was a good breakfast and made the stay very good value for money. The service offered by the host by Lynne was unbelievable. Myself and others were staying for 1 night before sailing to Lundy. When our sailing was cancelled Lynne bent over backwards to enable us to stay an extra night.

Able to park on site. Very friendly welcome, newly fitted ensuite with lovely big bath sheets. Excellent breakfast with loads of choice and on the whole great value for money.
