Did not stay could not stay in this room was suppose to be anniversary plus id just had surgery i had told the hotel this , i needed it sea front and spotless, no sea front no one has given us refund the hotel or booking .com i even paid the extra fee if we changed our minds total rip

I dont think i should go into it , but id just like a refund please the smell of shake n vac or incence took our breath away the bed hadnt been changed was just grubby no sea front view etc most of the totls in the street were boarded up .i just want my refund

The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. It was a lovely breakfast and the host was friendly and very accommodating. It was perfectly located near to the sea and other amenities.

Nothing needed to be better!

My breakfast was fine and apart from the fried breakfast there were also a selection juices and cereals. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the owner was courteous and friendly.

Some people who are vegetarian might like some more options on the cooked breakfast, although fruit and toast are also available. Really, for the price we thought it was quite fair.

This is a typical B&B, Quiet Room, Easy accessible location, assistance with the parking (Road Parking) Breakfast,Excellent Hospitality, clean room as expected

Slightly higher Prices, Small toilets, During the high season Parking could be a problem. Noisy toilet due to fitted macerator, kettle required descaling

Super clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast-freshly cooked not laid out for an hour on a hot plate! Would recommend

The location was perfect, near to the sea and free parking on the road. It was quiet. Breakfast was good and the owner friendly.

Good communication with super friendly host, he even reserved us a parking space right outside the B&B. Efficient check in. Good selection for breakfast, a full English cooked to order each morning. Location is 2 min walk from the beach

The room was basic missing a few essentials like a hand towel & floor mat for shower.
