The room was quiet modern and well kept, perfect for an overnight stay

Parking could be quite difficult, I was very lucky and managed to park right outside the hotel but it was very busy.

Nice hotel, nice owner..good breakfast

It was all as expected, and was definitely worth it

The location was fantastic , great sea view room, accommodation was extremely clean, very accommodating staff, saved us a parking space, breakfast was freshly cooked and plenty of it overall a great stay would definitely return.

Beds slightly uncomfortable but nothing too bad .

The location of the premises was ideal for us. Near to the beach, not that far from the town centre and other amenities. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was adequate. The price for our stay was reasonable.

We never had any dislikes during our stay there. Overall a pleasant accommodation.

The host did let us check in early which was brilliant.

The area was quite rough, with the smell of weed outside. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Sausages weren't properly cooked and tasteless. Choice was bacon, sausage, beans and egg. Thats it. So not really full English or much choice. God help you if your vegetarian. Beds extremely uncomfortable.

Very welcoming and attentive. Small room but lovely detail and clean. Bed was comfy, no blackout curtains so woke very early with the bright morning. Cooked breakfast was basic but perfectly cooked and just enough for me.

Couple of niggles. The coffee with breakfast was the same as in the room sachets and not fresh coffee, there was margarine instead of butter which put me off having toast. I also didn't get an alternative when I pointed out that the seeded bread was mouldy. Just white bread on offer.
