From the time we arrived to the time we left hosts were brilliant. Fantastic breakfast and helpful when we had any questions

Absolutely excellent stay. I would even go so far as to say it was the best B&B/host experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t know hosts could make such a big difference to your stay, but I suppose I just hadn’t experienced a great one until now. From the start, Karl was extremely welcoming. He had excellent recommendations in the area and nearby the town, also great chat. The attention to detail in the room amenities was above and beyond. It was actually at hotel level and not what I expected from an intimate B&B: a great selection of tea, coffee, and small snacks; a little pamphlet about everything you can do in Dorchester; a very nice menu for breakfast; loved the art and interior design. The breakfast itself was absolutely delicious, made by the other co-host, Jocelyn, literally restaurant level! I can honestly say the trip was ten times better than it would have been because of the hosts and the place.

Our first time staying here and we will be going back soon. Karl and Jocelyn were superb hosts. The room was very comfortable and very clean, Breakfast was the best and nothing too much trouble. Location was perfect for our stay as well. Probably one of the best Hotels we have stayed in.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was a generous size and comfortable. The only drawback was being on the side of the main road, but with extra window glazing we could block out the noise. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit and cooked options.

Convenient for the trip I had planned . Hosts were keen on ensuring my stay was enjoyable with good restaurant suggestions . The room was very well equipped with a very comfortable bed and large enough to have some easy chairs to relax in.

To have the use of a reception room rather than just going to my room.
