very friendly staff and great food

if you are a light sleeper, this lovely accommodation is right next door to an old church. The clock bells sound every 15 mins, which might be a problem for some.

The location was beautiful. The welcome from the manager was personal and excellent, and the breakfast on the only day we had time for one was out of this world excellent. I can't recommend this highly enough, although my friends and I may have been a little high spirited, no one seemed to mind the raucous laughter of 4 friend who haven't met up in 3 years.

Having to leave. Not having long enough to explore the area. Not having breakfast every morning - these are all positive negatives!!

There was a good choice of evening meals and these were taken in the charming surroundings of a 17th century coaching Inn

Breakfasts were paid for in advance and for those who enjoy a cooked meal this would have been good value. We would have preferred an Option for a continental breakfast

So friendly staff. Perfect location and rooms are very clean and comfortable and cater for all your needs. We have gone back again and again for 5 years now. Excellent!
