Friendly owner who ensured everything was good. Location good.

Great location. Easy to find. Very spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Gary was a very attentive host.

Off road parking could be a problem if the place was busier. Nothing else was a problem

The accommodation was clean and warm. Lots of hot water. Good quality clean towels. The bedding was very clean. Gary was very pleasant and helpful and introduced me to another guest when I arrived.

The trap in the shower is probably somewhat blocked, I had to keep turning off the shower to allow the water to drain out of the shower tray. The bedding although clean was very well worn and rather thin, there were rather tired looking unnecessary cushions on the bed. The pillows were not good quality and not supportive. There was a damp patch inside the window bay and a very large damp area on the wall in the breakfast area. There are birds in the kitchen area which are sweat but not hygienic. The breakfast area comprises of one huge table which allows for many guests to eat together but there is no option for people who wish to eat alone. Not everyone likes to eat with others and be forced into early morning conversation with strangers.
