Fantastic breakfast, great pub - the room was spacious, with nice touches and amenities plus really well decorated.

You can contact me for more information re: bathroom cleanliness - the mattresses in our room definitely need updating (so squeaky).

Friendly staff. Nice big rooms and very clean.

Honestly everything. The fact they had an open mic the day we came was the best surprise.

Nice location and room

It was so unbelievably noisy until well after 2am - the person checking us in had said there was going to be a party at the back but that plus the pub’s incredibly loud music until well into night and people shouting and walking between the two and on the stairway meant a completely sleepless night and it was really unpleasant. This was with ear plugs in too. Really disappointing given the cost and I would not say that the hotel is family friendly at all

The breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much for the staff. When we informed the staff of the issues we had within our room they were very apologetic. Room 3 was very large to accommodate three people, the beds were amazingly comfortable and all the firings and furnishing were very stylish. I think they only thing i could suggest to improve a stay would to make it very clear that room 3 is directly above the bar therefore if the bar is busy or there’s a private party it could be a bit loud for small children trying to sleep. We had a lovely stay and the thoughtful touches of plentiful tea, coffee pods, bottled water and ear plugs were much appreciated.

Staff were amazing nothing to much trouble, me and my sister felt very at home, the room was beautiful and clean, loved the fan, great central location, definitely would come back to this hotel.

In all honesty there is nothing about this hotel I dislike.
