"Exceptional"

We stayed 2 times just for 1 night , family with 2 kids . Perfect for 1 night .my kids were happy with Swimming pool , before to go to the beach in the morning they enjoyed Swimming in the pool .

No fridge in the room and pillows not comfortable at all , need to bring your personal pillow. Even if you stop for one night you still need a good rest , but without a good pillow almost impossible.

Some of the kitchen staff were so on point and willing to be of assistance

The night staff on duty on the day of my arrival was not helpful, very nonchalant. The cleaning crew were hardworking but did not come to my aid when I needed them

"My short break at Bournemouth"

Nice hotel, clean, comfy bed. Good breakfast. Was my 3° stay there. Happy to see again one of staff there called Ali, very polite, friendly and excellent professional , top guy who always provided the best for his guests . Very good location

Some where to sleep. Decent location. Price is pretty on point

Showers were awful. Water pressure to low. Rooms were dated. Breakfast was average.

"Absolutely awful, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 1960’s decor and smells."

My partner was bitten by bed bugs in our second room! Our first room had blood on the bed sheets and hairs on the sink.

"Absolutely vile"

Was so old fashioned, rooms were like being in a hostel. One tiny bar of soap for 3 people, pool was open for teaching, it absolutely stunk. The hot tub doesn't work was cold. Paid 226 for 2 nights, day light Roberts. We left the hotel instantly. A drunk woman crying and screaming outside that scared the children and right next to a graffiti underground. It should be shut down. And the bathroom was horrendous.

Very close to town centre parked very easy the hotel recepion chap was brilliant let us leave the van there early no issues smooth check in with great greeting breakfast very good room ok and comfy

Morning breakfast wasnt self service ordered then brought to table didnt feel very full asked for more toast and jam but didnt arrive hotel bit outdated and room very basic but suited our needs noisy at night and floorboard creek very badly would i stay again yes probably
