"Renovation is a must!! Carpets, walls, bathrooms, ceilings"

Super friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable of area. Quick to respond to reception when called and bar area. Customer service amazing, took us half way to room, explained everything 👏 the environment and atmosphere was friendly and very old school holiday camp. Easy excess to Bournemouth town and beaches. Lots of parking.

The room definitely needed updating, headboards wonky not attached. Bathroom- bath panel all cracked, bath floor towel had holes in it, tatty needs replacing The ceiling paper, wall paper all cracked and peeling. A plug socket was cracked, not working. TV was very small for a family room. No full length mirror although lots of space to put 1. No shower Bath itself was dirty, taps had missing tops all very shabby. Pool is very small not as expected from photos Pool table small and zipped

The location was really good. Short walk to the centre and sea front. Breakfast was very good and a very good variety. Also liked the fact that there was an indoor heated pool and a games room.

No entertainment despite the hotel advertised and the hotel was fully booked so we assumed something would have been on. The rooms were not very clean. Mould in the shower. Beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. TV was very small.despite this the room was very large and spacious. No hairdryer in the room. Hair towels too small

"Really disappointing. Needs investment and re-marketing."

Friendly staff…and accommodating when I needed to check in earlier. Car parking very useful.

Definitely needs re-decorating/updating. Rooms too thin walls and cheaper rates attracting drunken groups. Somebody even banging on doors/windows to be let in. Once in the annex trying different doors to get let in. Bedding needs replacing/whitening.
