Great family owned motel. Managers were very accommodating, We did not eat breakfast because we had plans, so I can’t comment on that. Queen beds in this room were a bit firm for our taste, but king bed in room from previous trip were amazing! Will come back.

The jacuzzi bath tub was very clean compared to others in my experience. The staff is very accommodating and on top of things! There's a drive through zoo next door and a gas station across the street for convenience as well

I can't think of a single thing I didn't like, it was one of the most relaxing vacations I've experienced by far.

Keep in mind this is an older, dated hotel. With that being said, we absolutely loved this place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we left. The room was clean, large and lots of amenities. The pool/picnic area was wonderful as well. Large clean pool with lits of chairs and tables. A great bbq grill. Great breakfast. Quite and close to everything. All of this for under $100 per night. This will definitely be the place we stay when we come back in December.

Inexpensive, clean, and comfortable. Quiet area but only a few minute drive from all the attractions and excitement of Branson. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay.

The fact that we weren't on the strip was great we were about two and a half miles from everything it was quiet and friendly

The price and room perfectly, my room is pet friendly room. We are stayed 3 nights, nothing gets problems with us. My room is in front of place that I can take my dog to go outside. Quiet and close everything in down town.
