Hotel stay was ok clean basic rooms free breakfast in the mornings

The staff was amazing. I even left something in my room and they were able to retrieve it and leave it there for me to retrieve later. I was able to pick it up.

The rooms were in pretty bad shape. We had 3 rooms to ourselves and only one room was as per amenities. One room had issues with the maine room door lock and We had to use a physical key and that too didn't work most of the time. The bathroom door lock did not work. The staff initially said they will switch us to another room (king) but then (as per the staff) the GM said we cannot do that. Other room did not have the fridge, coffee maker, etc. that should've been part of the room as per amenities. The rooms that had the fridge weren't of any use either because the fridge didn't work.

The property itself wasn't too bad. But the beds were pretty hard and we did experience cockroaches.

Room was very clean and spacious, but the air hadn't been turned on, so it was hot when we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent-- close enough to all of the things we wanted to do, but not so close as to be overly noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

The pool was being “cleaned” the whole three days we were there! And the beds were warped and it was like sleeping on concrete
