Staff went above and beyond in assistance. Room was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway.

The special care taken to decorate the room and make us feel special was a welcome surprise. Quiet and convenient location. Easy commute to things on the strip.

The staff was super friendly , the room was very nicely decorated, it was quiet! Close to gas station and restaurants.

There were hair balls in the jetted tub. I had to clean it before using it!! there was a mess of cheese, bacon and stuff in the microwave from last people who stayed. The towels that were there didn't look clean.. as

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. Located conveniently to the routes by-passing the main 76 drag. Worth the money spent.

Room had everything promised and working. Easy access to outside for smoking. Continental breakfast was really good, several choices. (Pet area available). The view was the only let down, tucked in the trees but was able to walk around 3 sides and see other things. We will stay again our next trip to Branson.

The best part was the staff. The reception desk was pleasant and checked to make sure of our arrival since the desk isn't staffed late. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The building was solid and quiet.

The floors were dirty, the tub was stained, and the bed was hard and seemed to slope from the middle down and outward. It looked more like 2 full sized beds instead of 2 queens. The model room looked nice. We made late reservations, the cancellation fee was about the price of the room, and lodging was limited, otherwise we probably would have gone elsewhere.
