We had an excellent stay. Our group had 10/10 rating be it sales person, food, staff, services. Must use this hotel for your upcoming visit to Goa.

location is good for a short stay, rooms are okay and clean, staff is good and kind.

but if are planning to work this is a wrong choice, wifi doesnt work at all, i mean who gives 2 mbps wifi nwadays, even cafes have stronger wifi. I had to use my phone internet all throughout the trip to work.

All are well. Room service is excellent. Breakfast is super.

This our second long stay visit to our "Goan home", we came for 8 weeks last year and ended up staying for 11 weeks. We are now 2 weeks into our 12 week stay this time and we can only continue to sing the praises of both the hotel and it's amazing and attentive staff led by the extremely helpful and it seems ,indefatigable manager, Ambarish, who is always accessible and willing to offer any help he can. Everything was as we rembered it apart from a few of the staff have moved on but the levels of service and helpfulness remain at the same high standard. The rooms are a really good size, well maintained and ours is thoroughly cleaned each day by Jabindra. We have a room overlooking the pool. The food in the restaurant continues to be of the same high standard expertly prepared by Prasenjit Som and his talented team. To compliment the food the waiting on staff are very proficient, helpful and polite. Always greeting you with a smile on their faces, I think a mention so far to the restaurant manager Suranjit and especially to Surjan, Diwakar, Chitteranjan and Gopal in the restaurant. And of course the reception team who are again very helpful and always give us a wave and a smile whenever we leave or re enter the hotel. We can honestly not praise this hotel high enough.

It was truly an outstanding experience for all of us at Acron Candolim Regina. We were there for our official offsite tour with a group of 34 colleagues, and we are delighted to say that the property exceeded our expectations on every front. The check-in process was smooth and well managed. We arrived a little early, and the front desk team did their best to accommodate us seamlessly, without any chaos. The rooms were immaculate—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Mr. Surjit ensured that all our guests were well taken care of at the restaurant, which serves genuinely delicious food. We had also planned an event at the banquet hall, and it was managed beautifully by the entire team. Mr. Anjan Kumar was present throughout the event and made sure all our requirements were promptly met. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were extremely courteous and attentive. I would especially like to appreciate Gopal, Habibul, Jafet, and the entire F&B team for their exceptional service. Thank you once again to the whole team for everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and created many unforgettable memories.
