No words to describe the warm welcome and the great stay I had there with my family and relatives.. this was not my first time at this hotel but with family it was the first.. my old parents and the kids everybody loved and enjoyed the property in all ways.. nice specious rooms with great interior.. big swimming pool.. reasonable gym where you can workout.. and the most powerful part of the hotel is it’s kitchen.. it deserves a separate five star review only for the kitchen and the staff overall from parking keepers to doorkeepers to the receptions to the restaurant staff to the chef and team.. Best Best Best.. and above all the Great host Mr. Ambarish Ji.. his deep understanding of hospitality and his ability to lead a large team with efficiency, respect, and vision. Under his management, the hotel operates seamlessly, creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for guests at all times… Keep it up god bless all of you.. I am staying at this hotel only whenever I am in Goa..

I recently stayed at Acron candolim regina, All In One, and my expectations in every way. the staff are friendly, attentive and always ready to assist with anything you need. 🛏 Rooms: The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Housekeeping does a great job of maintaining everything arranged amenities. 📍 Location: The location is excellent—close to shops and local transport. Walking Distance to the Beach, the hotel remains quiet and peaceful. Atmosphere is very good. 🍽 Dinner: Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, There’s a good variety on the menu and the service was quick and polite. overall great rooms, great food, and exceptional service. hotel is value for money.

This was our 2nd Stay at Acron. Stayed for 15 nights in luxury room which was clean, spacious and with great balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel had great breakfast every morning with a good variety of different items. The live egg and Dosa station was amazing. Acron is situated about 8-10 minutes walk from Candolim beach. There are also lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away. The HIGHLIGHT of our stay was the friendly staff throughout the hotel, who made sure that everything was perfect and service with a smile. Thank you to all, too many to mention. Thank you Mr Ambarish and the team for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Hope to see you soon.

I would not recommend Acron Regina to anyone due to the extremely rude and insensitive behaviour of their reception staff. This was supposed to be our second stay at the hotel. Our first experience was wonderful — the room, location, and especially the buffet breakfast (both South Indian and North Indian dishes) were excellent. Because of that, we chose to book a suite room again for 3 nights (5th to 8th Dec). However, on 4th Dec, my 11-year-old son fell sick. I called the hotel to request if they could reschedule our stay by a day. Before calling, I had checked the hotel’s own website and noticed that rooms were available for the same dates — and at a lower price than what I had paid. But the staff, specifically Mr. Shiva at the reception, not only denied the request but spoke to us in an extremely rude manner. The first thing he asked me was, “Did you check the hotel policy?” — which is not the way to start a conversation when a guest is calling with a medical concern. When I explained the situation and requested support due to a genuine emergency, he responded, “People cancel due to emergencies only,” and offered no alternatives or help. When I pointed out that we expect at least basic courtesy from someone in the hospitality industry, he continued speaking rudely and seemed in a hurry to end the call. Because my son is unwell, we could not travel today despite having a confirmed booking. This experience has left us deeply disappointed. We have decided that this will be our last stay at Acron Regina (even if we proceed tomorrow depending on my son’s health). It’s sad because the hotel’s rooms, food, and location are genuinely good — but the inhuman and unprofessional behaviour of Mr. Shiva has completely overshadowed everything. We cannot choose or recommend this hotel to anyone under such service conditions.

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY , ALSO FOOD WAS VERY GOOD , EVERYONE WAS HELPFULL. All is good room is very clear. Green fully go green.

The resort is apt for family stay and with all amenities in-house offering cleanliness ,hygiene and smiling staff.The restaurant and it's food is great. Service sometimes delays owing to the rush hours but that's something faced by me..so it may not necessarily be true for everyone but still i Trust the Management shall endeavour to fill the gaps. Trust me if you are visiting North Goa with family and Hotel rates fits your pocket then do stay at Candolim in general and Acron's Candolim Regina.All famous food Joints and Beverages outlets are at walking distance and Traffic is smooth and light throughout the day. The scenic route is just 4 kms on either side of Aguada Fort Road and Calangute Road. Awesome Trip with Family ,Great stay,Superb Hospitality and what else one could ask for. The acron regina resort, the service and maintenance is also too good. Very hiegine and staff was so kindly and professional.. Overall its wonderful and worth and value for money.. Its an fact not a review.. I highly recommend..

It was a very very pleasant stay, room were very spacious and well equipped. Staff is very nice and polite. Huge spread of breakfast buffet and very tasty food. Will surely gonna visit again . Thank you
