The rooms were spacious and well kept. The breakfast spread was very good.

The AC in one of the rooms allotted was not working properly and there was leakage.

Services is best.. Helpful staff, managment is good and food is also delicious.😋. Rooms are neat and clean. Amenities is good. Cooperative staff. We will vist here next time surly.We Enjoying a lot here... . Awesome and memorable trip for us. Thanks fo cooperat

Our stay at Acron Regina was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, we felt an atmosphere of warmth, comfort and heart felt hospitality that made us feel like home away from home. A special appreciation for Mr. Ambarish Gad, whose presence felt who stood out with his sincerity, kindness and exceptional hospitality. He didn’t treated us like guests he treated us like family. His presence alone added a sense of trust and care to our experience. Truly a gem of the hotel. Also grateful to the wonderful team Manas, Habibur, Gopal, Royston, Diwakar, Mohammad Gous, Adit, Jagannath, Arnab, and Omkar. Sorry if I missed any name, as could not note few names, who served us with extreme heart. Each one of them contributed to making our stay comfortable, joyful, and memorable with their professionalism and friendly nature, they were on their toes always ready to help. The hotel is clean, peaceful, excellent vibes, but its the people that truly elevate it to something special and makes us come back again and again. Thank you, Acron Regina for making our stay so wonderful and homely. Believe me it feels as we depart from our family when we leave the hotel. One of the best hospitality received at Acron Regina Candolim. Best place to visit in every aspects starting from Mr Ambrish Gad the manager very polite, disciplined & friendly. He had taken all our feedbacks gracefully, an absolute gentlemen. Rooms absolute clean & tidy in all aspects from cleanliness to refilling whatever was available as complementary. Support Staffs very polite starting from HK, room service, staffs serving breakfast, lunch & dinner bell boy etc. Pool was absolutely clean & there was a guard all time to keep an eye on children. Food is fantastic so many variety in breakfast, lunch & dinner excellent job, good offerings for children's as well like juices, muffins, donuts, cakes & pastries. Property was also maintained beautifully very clean. Reception team was also very welcoming & polite. Kudos to the whole team we met & all thanks to Ambrish who made us feel very comfortable & homely. This was my 4th visit with family and it's like a 2nd home to all of us, the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Buffet spread as usual is incredible Sujan at the Indian oven restaurant at Seaway Acron was extremely helpful, would rate the restaurant 10/10. great staff and management neat and clean room also room service was amazing i stayed here 5 day and we enjoyed alot in pool and everyone was friendly kind hearted as well they helped you in your query related to travel as well apart from this breakfast was delicious i highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for similar to five star hotel but in your budget so you can visit here

This is part 2 of 2. Please read part 1 which we posted January 2025. We have just spent 11 weeks at this hotel which is amazing mainly because of the staff. We think it shows the level that this hotel is at when over the course of our stay standards didn't drop once. As mentioned previously some rooms and mainly the pool area requires some refurbishment, which the hotel are on with doing, this is very much a 4 star hotel with 5 star staff At the end of the lane the hotel is situated on is Fort Aguerdo Road, the main road through Candolim. At the lane end you will find loads of restaurants and shops of various wares. Also over the road from the end of the lane is a lane that will take you straight down to the beach and the beach shacks. This lane is about 300 metres long and again lined with shops and a couple of barbers If you want to go to Candolim beach road it will cost you about INR 300 in a taxi from the hotel, you need to barter sometimes. We originally booked 8 weeks here but loved it so much we cancelled our 3 weeks stay in Thailand and stayed here the 3 extra weeks. We ate in the hotel restaurant 2 or 3 times a week because the choice and quality of the food produced by Prasanjit and his talented team was always excellent. At breakfast each day the hard working Mahesh and his tireless team of waiters were always smiling and polite and seem to anticipate what we wanted. We think also a special mention should be made to the following waiters Gopal, Diwakar, Bharat, Udhaba, Royston, Muna and Ajay who all looked after us at some point throughout our stay. We never tipped any of the staff at breakfast until our last morning but we were still given the same high level of service, courtesy and smiles throughout the 11 weeks we were there. Which is a credit to the staff there. Around the pool Ram continued to diligently look after us. It seemed almost all the staff walked around with smiles on there faces, particularly Jay, who was always smiling. A special mention I think to Sanjay too, always working quietly in the background to keep the reception and public areas spotless. The front desk team led by Deepesh continued to give us the same high levels of service when we had need to contact them. Over the course of our stay, we had 4 different lads who cleaned the room and all did it to a satisfactory standard, but one in particular stood out, Rabindra, the room always had a nice clean smell to it after he'd cleaned it for some reason. This happy talented team is well lead by Ambarish, the hotel manager. He was always around and very approachable. Always checking to see if we needed anything to improve our stay and recommending places to visit. He was a brilliant help with us when we changed our flights to extend our stay too. We hope the owners of this hotel really appreciate the excellent team and leader, they have in place here. Because its our appreciation of this team that has made us book to come back here next year on 2nd Jan for 12 weeks this time. To me that speaks volumes.................

Acron Regina candolim… I stayed 3 night 4 days package., What a resorts such awesome resorts…full facilities provided breakfast was awesome varieties of the food testy food dinners also very good specially Bharat nd others staff helps lots us…definitely I would come again..,when u travel goa must visit.,,thank you again…,

We stopped here the last 2 weeks of February and were meeting up with friends in other nearby hotels. From the day we arrived to the day we left, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Ambarish used to check everything was ok for us on a regular basis. Friendly staff from all departments. Nice pool area where the security man at the pool was there straight away whenever you needed him. Good breakfast selection between local food and european. Not far from main road in Candolin where the bars and restaurants are, and ATMs/cash converters.
