VERY NICE LARGE ROOM, NICE, POOL AND BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD WITH LOTS OF VARIETY.

The property is in need of a revamp, it's meant to be a 4 star, I would say a 3 at best, the power keeps going off all the time, the bathrooms are in need of a referb the fridge/freezer was always warm, they allow dogs to stay in the hotel rooms, but on the bright side the staff were A1 you couldn't ask for better it's a shame I couldn't say the same about the hotel 👎in one word tired

I would like to share my experience at Acron Candolim Regina, which is truly a fantastic property. I was genuinely impressed by the hospitality of all the staff, especially the Manager, Mr. Ambarish. Acron made our family’s anniversary celebration extra special. When they casually asked if there was any special occasion, we mentioned that we were visiting Goa from February 13th to 16th, 2025, to celebrate our 12th anniversary. A few minutes later, my wife received a call about the room details, and to our delight, we were given a pool-view room with beautiful anniversary decor and a lovely cake. The property boasts a stunning pool where kids can have a blast, along with an exclusive kids' zone. My children are now huge fans of the Acron pool. We had an amazing time, and I’m certain that our next visit to Goa will include a stay at Acron Candolim Regina—it will definitely be our go-to choice! The front desk staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast area was vibrant, with a wide variety of items served during our stay, ensuring we started each day on a positive note. I can confidently say, "Paisa Wasool!"—it was absolutely worth it! The property offers a lovely view and is conveniently located near Candolim Beach and the market. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

When I first checked in, bed sheet was dirty. Bathtub sinks were blocked.

Pool had algae, bathroom would flood after a shower because the bathroom door seal was broken. It remained unattended to even after I informed the front desk.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with best in class service, well trained and extremely helpful staff, excellent food quality. I would like to recommend to people travelling with family and kids, it is certainly value for money with convenient location and the staff there would make your experience and stay even more memorable. Even the kids loved the stay and food, highly recommended hotel in north Goa.

We stayed in suite room in this hotel which was extremely luxurious and comfortable. Mr.Ambarish took care of us very nicely, I have been to this hotel almost 4 times in the past year, and this time Mr.Ambarish and his staff were so courteous that we felt as if we were staying at our home, as he would regular check if or not we were confortable. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel, when in Goa due to very polite and courteous staff and beautiful stay.
